How to Be Captivating on Camera: Free Introductory Class

Most actors in Los Angeles start their training the same way, with the theater. We’ll spend years perfecting our stage skills and yet, when we eventually move to Los Angeles to start our film and television careers we never bother to learn the techniques and principles needed to work effectively with the camera. Actors will waste years auditioning for film and television using the same skills that they learned for the stage and won’t be able to figure out why they don’t get the job. I know; I once was one of those actors.

In this free, three-hour introductory course, we will introduce you to the four principles of creating a captivating on-camera performance, let you create your own close-ups, discuss the differences between working in theatre and television, and see how several A-List actors use the same principles to create their own Academy Award winning close-ups.

You will come out of this course with knowledge that will lead to a greater hire-ability, a better understanding of how to use the camera in your work, and a higher booking rate.

Best of all… it’s free!!
