Coming from a small town in Minnesota, Jamison Haase attended the University of Minnesota Duluth where he received a BFA in Theatre with an acting emphasis. After graduation Jamison moved south to Minneapolis where he starred in many industrials, commercials, films, and plays. In January of 2000 he struck out for Los Angeles, after realizing that the market was simply too small back home. After some limited success, Jamison realized that his training was incomplete for the film and television industry of LA, and he started training with Wendy Davis and Los Angeles Actors Center.
Jamison Haase became Head Instructor at Los Angeles Actors Center in 1996 after Wendy Davis booked her fourth series, Army Wives. He continued there for two years before striking out on his own with L.A. On-Camera Training Center. Jamison has been seen several different films and television shows, notably Two and a Half Men, Without a Trace, Las Vegas, Heroes, Mad Men, Prison Break and Cold Case, as well as the feature Crossing Over, and specializes in hour-long television and dramatic features. Jamison teaches a simple hands-on approach to camera and audition technique that builds confidence puts the actor back in their rightful place, as creators in the process of film making.
